VISION STATEMENT
In the story of Jesus and the Samaritan woman at the well (John 4:1-30), Jesus demonstrates radical inclusion, a nurturing spirit, and a commitment to serve others. These same qualities are central to The Well, a welcoming space where all people can feel valued, supported, and empowered to serve.
Inclusive – Jesus’ interaction with the Samaritan woman highlights our church’s calling to embrace diversity. In this spirit, The Well seeks to be a place where each person feels welcome, respected, and affirmed.
Nurturing – In the story, Jesus doesn’t just speak to the woman; He sees her needs, listens deeply, and offers her spiritual renewal. We embody this nurturing quality by providing a supportive environment where individuals can grow spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
Serving – Jesus’ offering of “living water” reflects our mission to serve selflessly, sharing God’s love with all. Service is a core aspect of The Well’s mission, as members are called to respond to needs within the congregation and beyond.
