Youth Group May Series: Pass it On
With social media, just about anyone can be an “influencer” with the right content, good timing, and a little bit of luck. Invent a new dance, share a funny take, catch the right moment on camera, and you could get millions of views. Some “influencers” mostly just use their platforms to get free stuff, but once in a while, you find someone who uses their platform to talk about things that actually matter. Obviously they didn’t have social media back in Jesus’ day, but in the Bible, the book of Acts is filled with stories about “influencers” who had important things to say. In this 4-week series, we’ll hear their stories, discover that our lives can pass on the good news, and learn how to pass on the good news to unexpected people, to our families, and with humility.

NEW DATE! | Starting Sunday, September 25th at 10 am.
Sticky Faith Five-Week Study is geared towards parents, but is open to anyone who is interested in creating lasting faith in kids and youth!
What is Sticky Faith?
“Nearly half of all young people raised in Christian families walk away from their faith when they graduate from high school. That’s the bad news. But here’s the good news: research shows that parents are one of the primary influences on their child’s faith.
Sticky Faith is an innovative, research-based, and extensively field-tested movement designed to equip parents with insights and ideas for nurturing long-term faith in children and young people. Because of the Fuller Youth Institute’s six years of research with more than 500 young people, 100 churches, and 50 families, our Sticky Faith resources are a “must have” for families eager to point their young people toward long-term faith.” – Fuller Youth Institute Website

What is it? The Pray for Me Campaign exists to create a vast web of intergenerational relationships for young people. Research has suggested that when multiple adult believers invest in the lives of students, they are more likely to stay connected to the church and flourish in their faith.
The Well’s goal this year will be to connect every student in our ministries (children and youth) with three adults who commit to praying for them (and their families) for the next year!
More information coming out at the end of August on how to get involved!
