Emotionally Healthy Women is a great study for women who are thinking “I am tired of trying to be the perfect superwoman!  I can’t keep pretending everything is fine!”

The journey to emotional health begins by quitting.  The author of this study, Geri Scazzero, quit being afraid of what others think. She quit lying to herself and others. She quit denying anger and sadness. She quit living someone else’s life. When you quit those things that are damaging to your soul or the soul of others, you are freed up to choose other ways or being and relating that are rooted in love and lead to life”
