Canning for the Holiday Bazaar

Holiday Bazaar canning will start soon. Wide mouth jars, lids and rings are needed. Dates and timing depend on when the fruits and vegetables are ripe. We plan to process beet pickles, Colorado peach jam, raspberry jalapeño jam, jalapeño jelly, and chili starter.
